01 Introduction

Www5 (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "www5") is an international online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service offered on the www5 platform.

02 Account Register

04 Deposits & Payments

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100 (one hundred taka).

Www5 reserves the right to decline any deposit for any reason, particularly where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

05 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings from www5:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing time: typically 12–48 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers on www5 are subject to specific terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 20x–40x).

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

07 Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly audited by an independent third party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is determined according to the game provider's information.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, www5 will provide an appropriate resolution.
• Any disputes regarding a game result must be reported to support within 72 hours.

08 Prohibited Activities

• Hacking game software or using fraudulent tactics.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the platform environment.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Www5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

10 Responsible Gaming

Www5 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a way to earn income. We encourage all players to enjoy games responsibly.

11 Dispute Resolution

• Please attach relevant screenshots or supporting information with your complaint.
• Decisions made by the support team may be appealed to a higher authority.

Www5's licensing authority acts as an independent arbitration body. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to arbitration and the arbitrator's decision will be considered final.

12 Terms Changes & Legal Matters

Www5 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of the licensing authority. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
